Products must be returned in original condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with tags attached and in original packaging.) Please make sure the hair is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut. If items are used, damaged, or defective by buyers can not be accepted.
For partial refund requests, please contact our customer service first, and send the items back after confirmation. Once the returned item is received and inspected with label “No Problem”, Your refund will be processed to your original payment account.
The Buyer need to pay the return shipping fees. Or you can keep the product and negotiate a refund directly with our customer service.
